I had the opportunity to work closely with Marc and his team for a strategic Sales Capability Development initiative for Entertainment Network India Limited. What made this intervention refreshingly different was the effort that Marc and his team took to get down to basics, identify the underlying areas of challenges and deep dive into root causes. They brought to bear the ability to see the big picture, and clearly connect organizational strategy to tangible outcomes at the field force / grassroots level. They understood the opportunities as well as challenges, and designed robust learning pathways that led to the establishment of an enviable sales culture in the organization. I was impressed by their ability understand the systemic view and transform that into an effective programmatic path to accelerate strategy execution.
